Best travel time for a diving vacation to Dumaguette and Puerto Galera

Dumaguete: Good year-round visits, but the dry seasons (March-May and October-November) offer the best conditions for macro diving and trips to Apo Island.

Puerto Galera: Best time is from November to May, mainly because of the calm waters and good visibility on the coral reefs. Avoid the rainy season (July-October) because of the likelihood of rough seas.
