After the liveaboard, the journey continues on the mainland. The diving season in the Similan Islands runs from mid-October to mid-May, with the best conditions between November and April<\/strong>. During this period, the sea is generally calm and visibility is often excellent, regularly exceeding 30 meters. February and March offer the best chance of seeing larger marine animals such as manta rays and whale sharks. <\/p>
